Contemporary Spanish Digital Artist
My work focuses primarily on themes related to mythology and the ancient world, portraits of celebrities and private individuals, religious art featuring the Holy Apostles. My approach is to try to capture and express the very essence of the subject or object. For me, it is a fascinating but also demanding creative exercise to achieve results that can suprise and move art lovers.
My I´m based in Spain, and I travel between Vigo and Madrid. If I¨m commissioned to do a private portrait or any other project, I´m willing to travel anywhere, of course.
My work style is perfectly contextualized in the present moment, as it is digital art. As contemporary art, I would classify it as modernist with clear influences from Pop Art. In my portraits, I try to capture the essence of each character. I want to share my particular vision with the aim of moving the viewer.
For a portrait of a private individual, we have two options: the client can provide me with one or more photographs from which I can create the portrait; or I can arrange a photo session (between 3 and 4 hours) to obtain the necessary photographic material to create the portrait.
I usually select and propose two or three photos, the ones I find most interesting, and the client decides which one to choose. I can also work on two portraits simultaneously, with different artistic approaches; it all depends on the budget.
Well, it can vary depending on several random factors, but I can generally commit to delivery within 30 to 45 days, no problem!
Well, in 90% of cases, I deliver the painting framed, with high-quality wooden frames. I usually use gold frames combined with subtle black tones, or the so-called Dutch frame (in blackened ebony or pear wood).
If the client prefers to frame it themselves, we send the original rolled up.
